Randy holds an MBA in International Business and grew up in China and speaks mandarin Chinese. Serving as a pilot with 35 combat missions in the United States Marine Corps, Randy was medically retired as a Captain in 1995. In addition to serving in combat, he motivated and trained Marine recruiters at the state, regional and national levels.
