BJJ and Biz Mastermind · Monument, Colorado

Three days in the Colorado mountains with twelve salespeople, sales leaders, and owners who train. Jiu-Jitsu on the mats every morning. Mastermind hot seats on your biggest business problem every afternoon. Meals together. No ballroom, no 200-person crowd, no pitch fest.

Application only. One hour from Denver International Airport. An easy drive from Denver and Colorado Springs.
Why this exists
AI can write your emails, your posts, and your proposals. It can't roll with you. It can't look you in the eye after a bad quarter and tell you the truth.
Sellers and owners have never been more connected or more alone. You work from a laptop, take advice from a feed, and call grinding it out by yourself "strength." It isn't. Nobody gets better alone in a room.
That's why this is in person, on the mats. You can't fake being good at Jiu-Jitsu. Somebody taps or they don't. Twenty minutes on the mat with someone tells you more about them than twenty networking lunches.
BJJ and Biz puts twelve sellers and owners on the mat together first. By the afternoon hot seat, the walls are down. You get honest feedback from people who just watched you work through pressure—and you give it back. You leave with eleven people in your corner, not a folder of notes.
Mornings · On the mats
Technique, drilling, and live rounds at a host academy in Monument, led by black belt Wes Schaeffer and a guest black belt. Film your rounds and get personal feedback. White belts welcome. You set the intensity. Nobody gets hurt proving a point.
Afternoons · In the room
Everyone gets a hot seat on their biggest problem—pipeline, closing, follow-up, hiring, pricing, AI, growth. Eleven sharp minds and The Sales Whisperer® focused on you. You leave with a written 90-day plan, not a notebook of ideas.

On the mats
Black belt day, camps with the best in the game, keynote stages, TV interviews, two books, and three podcasts. BJJ and business, side by side.

Your host
Gracie Humaitá black belt. Former Division I linebacker. Air Force veteran. Father of seven. Nine years in commission sales. Advising business owners since 2006—more than 3,500 companies. Host of The Sales Podcast, 800+ episodes, and The BJJ and Biz Podcast, where business owners who train talk about what the mat taught them about money, pressure, and people.
He sees sellers and owners make the same mistakes on the mat and at work: gassing out early, muscling instead of using leverage, and refusing to tap when they're caught. This event works on both.
Straight answers
No. White belts are welcome and every mat session is coached. If you've never trained, you'll learn fundamentals and roll at whatever pace you choose. Experienced grapplers get plenty of good rounds.
Mat sessions are run for people who have to show up to work on Monday. You control your intensity, and you can sit out any round. You'll sign the host gym's standard waiver.
You book your own room at the host hotel, where the conference room is. Plan on about $100 a night, with breakfast included. You get the hotel name and group rate when you're accepted. Want to split a room? We can introduce you to another attendee so the two of you can work out your own arrangement. Any room share is strictly between you, and The Sales Whisperer® isn't responsible or liable for it.
Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). Monument is about an hour's drive south. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is closer if you can find a good flight. Plan to arrive by early Wednesday afternoon and fly out Friday evening.
Twelve people in one room for three days. The right mix matters more than filling seats, so every seat starts with a short call.
Seats are non-refundable but transferable. Can't make it? Send someone in your place, move to a future BJJ and Biz event, or apply what you paid toward 12 Weeks To Peak™, the Inner Circle, or HANK.
Yes, once, on Friday afternoon, and briefly. Some people want to keep working together after the event, so Wes explains the ways to do that. No pressure, no countdown. The $950 is the event, and the event stands on its own.
Twelve people who sell and lead. Three days on the mats. One honest room. December 2–4 in Monument, Colorado. If you've been grinding it out alone, come be in a room with people who get it.
