What Kind Of Free Are You?

At Merriam-Webster's on-line dictionary, there are 8 variants on the definition for the word freedom.

The first is the quality or state of being free.

The word is a noun, like home (our home is a one story brick house with white trim and plaid shutters). Or family (my family has 8 members, and on average, we are 5' 8" tall with a size 9 shoe.) It runs through the pages of our national history, and fuels our economy, driving the options for more double meat hamburgers. While it cannot be touched, tasted, heard, seen, or smelled, the word is powerful enough to inflame citizens to stand in the streets against the tanks of tyranny.

Still, it can't be sensed, which makes it nothing: if so, there is nothing like freedom to fuel our hearts.

Just 8 variants on the definition, and at the same time, freedom is highly personal. Every person has a definition, a drive, a quality, a dream that lives for freedom. In this way, the word finds expression in as many ways as there are kinds of people. Freedom is the lighter than reality gas which floats our dreams.

Which brings us to you.
