Randy Norfleet has been a motivational keynote speaker and trainer for audiences in both the private and public sectors for over twelve years -- Randy has traveled extensively across the country inspiring and motivating organizations to reach new heights and overcome seemly insurmountable obstacles with his Oklahoma City Bombing survivor story. His story has been published in Reader’s Digest, Newsweek Magazine and A&E created a docu-drama for TV. Randy holds an MBA in International Business and grew up in China and speaks mandarin Chinese. Serving as a pilot with 35 combat missions in the United States Marine Corps, Randy was medically retired as a Captain in 1995. In addition to serving in combat, he motivated and trained Marine recruiters at the state, regional and national levels.
