Making assumptions in sales is a malfunction that must be overcome if you are to reach your sales potential

## The "gift of gab" is a gift to your prospects.

Remember that whoever is asking the questions is in control of the conversation.

You have two ears and one mouth. Use them accordingly and proportionately.

In any engagement make it your goal to make no statements, just ask questions, because the more you talk the more you're just giving away free advice without knowing if it's even resonating with your prospect.

While it may be tough, anything worth doing is tough.

And making a lot of money in sales can be tough at times, but it's worth it.
