Who's building it

I'm Wes Schaeffer, The Sales Whisperer®.

I left the Air Force in 1997 with a wife, an infant son and another on the way, and jumped into commission sales. If I didn't follow up, we didn't eat.

Manila folders. Rolodexes. Faxes. Then CRMs, landing page builders, automated webinars, power dialers and voicemail drops. I've used every major sales tool under the sun, and I've watched owners buy software, build half a campaign, and quit.

The problem was never the software. It's more complicated than they say, and most owners never documented how they market, follow up, quote, close, deliver and retain. Now AI can run most of that machine, but not without the proper setup and oversight.
