Nobody earns a black belt at a seminar.
One-on-one coaching—your pipeline, your deals, your stalls—with me twice a week and direct access between calls. Not a cohort. Not a course. Not a community you get lost in.
Book the fit callI disqualify more people than I sign. If it’s not right, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Two scheduled 30-minute calls every week—your deals, live, not a workbook example, not a group call where you wait your turn. I’ve been doing this since 2006: thousands of salespeople trained, 800+ podcast episodes across three shows, paid keynotes on two continents, and the last three years wiring AI into real sales teams—including a month inside the Air Force Academy.
Deals don’t wait for Tuesday. When a prospect moves, you call, text, or email me and we make the move while it matters. Emergencies get handled—and they diminish, because the machine gets better.
I’ve been building sales systems since getting certified on Infusionsoft 18 years ago: process, follow-up, automation, talk tracks—the works. Most coaches fix your words. We fix your machine, and we help you cut through the clutter, noise, and distraction of AI while we do it. My tech team and I run weekly tech office hours so your systems questions get answered while they’re hot.
This is for you if you sell for a living—owner, founder, or quota-carrier—and you’re done collecting notes from events that changed nothing.
It’s not for you if you want a course to watch at 2x speed, a magic AI button, or a coach who tells you you’re doing great when you’re not. I’ll be kind. I won’t be gentle.
Weeks 1-4: Install. Your pipeline process, follow-up cadence, and grunt-work systems—built and running on your real book of business.
Weeks 5-8: Pressure-test. Live deal reviews, call breakdowns, objection work. What’s leaking gets found and fixed while the deals are still alive.
Weeks 9-12: Scale. Raise prices, tighten qualification, and make the system run without heroics—so the peak becomes your pace, not a lucky month.
Do the work—show up, run the reps, send what we build—and if you’re not where we agreed to be by week 12, I keep coaching you free until you are. That’s the whole clause. It costs me nothing with serious people, and it repels everyone else. Both outcomes suit me fine.
Work with me for the next twelve weeks. It’s an $8,000 investment.
Or three payments of $3,200. Why is the price on the page? Because hiding it behind an application is a guru move, and I’m allergic. One deal—closed because your follow-up finally didn’t die on day three—pays for this several times over.
No seat cap, no fake scarcity. When my calendar fills, enrollment pauses or the price rises. Probably both.
I’m relaunching The Sales Podcast after 726 episodes. To mark it, two things through September 30:
The price is $6,500—not $8,000.
October 1 it goes back up, and that’s not a marketing deadline. It’s just the price.
And you get it all. My proven AI sales platform, installed for you—my skills, playbooks, and tone of voice pre-loaded—so you use AI to make sales instead of playing with AI to put off your prospecting. Plus your first year of the Inner Circle included: every platform update, the community, weekly office hours with me, and weekly tech office hours with my tech team and me. After September, new members start with less and pay to unlock the rest. That’s not a tactic. It’s the price of being early.

Peak isn’t a place. It’s a pace.
Twelve weeks from now you’ll either have a sales system that runs—or another notebook on the shelf.
Tell me what’s broken. I’ll reply within one business day—and if this isn’t right for you, I’ll say so.
