People that tell me "Keap is hard," "Keap is complex," "Keap is (_____)" {insert your favorite complaint} usually have not documented their marketing and sales processes.

Without a documented sales process, you are just staring at a blank screen (and probably suffering from "Blinking Cursor Syndrome"), which can make a preacher lay down his Bible.

To get the most out of Keap, you have to put something into it.
