She keeps apologizing, calling it "her noise," and keeps feeding more noise. The advice she gets in the comments? Reset the agent and start over.
Two builders. Two tools. One root cause. Nobody set a boundary the AI couldn't cross, and nobody checked its work before it touched a client.
That's vibeware—software or an agent that looks finished in a demo and answers to no one.
Five things before you type another prompt
- Put the code in GitHub. Commit and push every time you finish a step.
- Deploy it somewhere real. Running it on your own machine is not hosting.
- Back it up off that machine.
- Write down what "done" means before you start, so you know what you're rebuilding if you ever have to.
- If an AI agent touches your clients, write down which ones it's allowed to touch, and check its work before it reaches them.
Eisenhower told a room of executives in 1957, "Plans are worthless, but planning is everything." He'd heard it in the Army. It holds up in a terminal window, and in a task list an agent built for you.
You make your money going in. The quality of the entry decides the quality of the exit—in a deal, in a sale, in a build. AI didn't change that. It just let you skip it faster.
