150 AI Employees vs. One HANK: Who Manages the Bots?

Facts checked on October 13, 2026. Prices and dates change. Check their site before you buy anything.

"150 AI employees" is a great line.

It stops the scroll.

It comes from a successful marketer and entrepreneur who sells a course on how you can build your own AI agents/employees/bots...whatever name they're going by today.

So, what's so good about this approach to leveraging AI to grow your business?

Let me be fair first, because she's earned it.

What she does well

She teaches by showing her own company. Her site says she has 100,000+ students overall and 4,000+ in her automation course.

Her A2A page reports $4.2 million in revenue in 2025 and $20.9 million so far in 2026. Those are her numbers, self-reported, and they are big.

She defines an AI employee as "a trained digital helper that does real work inside your business." That's clear, and I respect clear.

What A2A costs

The fall 2026 cohort is eight weeks, live. The A2A page lists $8,997 paid in full, or payment plans of 3 x $3,199 or 5 x $1,957. Team seats are $1,500 each.

There's a "Do the Work Guarantee." You get a refund if you attend 75% of the sessions, finish every build, and still don't have an AI employee working by Week 7.

Note the order. You do the work first. Then you qualify for the refund.

Who does the work?

In a course, you do. You learn, then you build. That's the deal, and for some owners it's the right deal.

Plenty of owners I talk to already bought the course. Or three courses. They sit on the hard drive next to the books on the shelf. Homeworkitis—the feeling of paying for something and then owing it hours you don't have.

With HANK, we install him on a 90-minute call. You bring your tools and your goals. We bring the build.

Who manages 150 employees?

This is the question I'd ask before I hired one, let alone 150.

Her team, as described on Amy Porterfield's show in July 2026, is 30 humans and 150 AI employees. Thirty humans can't read every output from 150 bots. Either the work gets checked, or it doesn't.

If it doesn't, mistakes go out to your clients with your name on them.

HANK is the manager. He inspects work before it goes out the door. You don't need 150 AI employees. You need one that works and checks the rest.

You don't need 150 AI employees. You need one that works and checks the rest.

Who owns it?

With a course, you own what you build, and the method stays theirs.

With HANK, the files live on your own Drive. You own him.
